Your lactation visit may be covered by insurance!

• Aetna, BCBS, Carefirst, Cigna, and United Healthcare: I am an in-network provider for most commercial plans. A credit card will be required to confirm your appointment, and will only be charged if your insurance determines that you are responsible for co-pays or other share of cost.
• Tricare: I am a certified, non-network provider with Tricare. Home visits are not available through Tricare: sessions must be in-office or virtual.
• All other insurance plans: payment must be made in full at the time of booking. I will provide a coded receipt for you to submit to your insurance to request reimbursement.

Before requesting a home visit, check my map. A travel fee of $30 or $60 (depending on location) will apply for home visits. Travel fees are not covered or reimbursed by insurance. If you live slightly beyond the green zone, a home visit may still be possible with an additional fee—please contact me to check availability and fees for your area.

If your situation is urgent and you don't see an opening soon enough, please text me to inquire about cancellations or last-minute openings. You may also want to check all three appointment formats below, as schedules differ.
