Your lactation visit may be covered by insurance!

• Aetna, BCBS, Carefirst, Cigna, and United Healthcare: I am an in-network provider for most commercial plans. A credit card will be required to confirm your appointment, and will only be charged if your insurance determines that you are responsible for co-pays or other share of cost.
• Tricare Select: I am an approved non-network provider. Payment is made at the time of the visit (with military discount applied) and I provide a coded receipt for you to submit to Tricare for reimbursement.
• All other insurance plans: payment must be made in full at the time of the visit. I will provide a coded receipt for you to submit to your insurance to request reimbursement.

Before requesting a home visit, check my map. A travel fee of $30 or $60 (depending on location) will apply for home visits. Travel fees are not covered or reimbursed by insurance. If you live slightly beyond the green zone, a home visit may still be possible with an additional fee—please contact me to check availability and fees for your area.

Booking update: I am currently unable to accept new clients until the week of July 6, 2026.
